This yoga mat is made from 100% natural rubber and is designed to be extra grippy, stable, and supportive, making it suitable for both home and studio practice, including sweaty or high-intensity sessions.

The natural rubber surface provides reliable grip even when hands or feet are sweaty, helping reduce slipping during poses and transitions. With a 4mm thickness, the mat offers a balanced feel — enough cushioning to support joints while remaining stable for standing and balance poses.

Its extra-wide design gives you more space to move comfortably compared to standard yoga mats, making it a good choice if you feel restricted during flows or wider stances. The mat is suitable for daily practice and works well across styles including vinyasa, hatha, slow flow, and hot yoga.
